Sony Xperia 5 II is small but powerful?

As said earlier, the Xperia 5 II has a 6.1-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 21:9 aspect ratio, and FHD+ resolution. It has HDR support and Creator Mode which makes the films you look like how the directed intended. It also has a 240Hz touch sampling rate.

Inside, it has a 2.84 Snapdragon 865 processor, Adreno 650 GPU, 8GB RAM, up to 256GB storage, and a 4,000mAh battery with an 18W USB PD charger.

For the cameras, it has a triple camera setup with a 12MP f/1.7 main sensor with OIS, Dual Pixel AF + 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle sensor with Dual Pixel AF + 12MP f/2.4 70mm zoom camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS + LED flash. These are all ZEISS lenses with T* anti-reflective coating. Features include the ability to shoot JPG+RAW, 4K/120 fps slow-motion videos with HDR, and Eye AF.

The audio jack is still present even with the small form factor. It can deliver Hi-Res audio on both wired and wireless headphones. There are dual front-firing speakers as well with Dolby Atmos and 360 Reality Audio support. It also comes with FREE TIDAL HiFi for 3 months.

The Sony Xperia 5 II is IP68/IPX5 certified for water and dust resistance. It is also protected by Gorilla Glass 6 at the front and back as well.

US price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

The Sony Xperia 5 II is launching with colors in Black, Grey, Blue, and Pink. The US will only get the Black version. It is going for pre-order in the US starting on September 29, 2020, for USD 950 which is around PHP 46K out of straight conversion. It will start shipping on December 4.

Those who pre-order the Xperia 5 II by November 29 will get a gaming bundle worth USD 400. This bundle includes a 10,000mAh battery, gaming headset, and 21,600 COD Mobile points.

It is set to be available in Q4 2020 for European markets. Local availability is yet to be confirmed though.
