Some of the schools are already starting to adapt to the new distance learning and there will be more in this coming week. Many Filipino students and teachers are not only depending on the gadgets alone, but they also have to print modules for their seat works and projects. 

That's the reason why printers also became an indispensable tool for learning and work. 

Luckily, Brother Philippines is also trying to adapt to the changing times. Last Sept 24, it launched a Brother Shop at Home program to announce its new Viber community. Anyone is welcome to join this community to get information on the Brother Products they need.

How does it work?

There will be Community Assistants who will chat with each customer to connect him/her with a participating Brother Authorized Dealer. Prior to that, they will quickly assess the product requirements based on the product, quantity, and the customer's location.

Note that this program is available for customers residing in Metro Manila for the meantime.

Here are the steps to inquire or file an order in the Brother Philippines Viber Community:

1. The first step is joining the public Viber community of the brand. To do that, simply scan the image below for the QR code with your device's camera. Afterward, click the link to proceed with the joining process.

2. You can now inquire about a specific product's availability with the Community Assistants. Note that they will entertain inquiries from 10 AM to 7 PM, Mondays to Fridays only. Click here to view the product catalog.

3. After confirming the availability of the item with a Community Assistant, you have to submit an online order form. Remember that order forms received after 3:30 PM will be considered as an order for the next working day. If you submit an order during the weekend or a holiday, this is considered as an order submitted on the following working day.

4. A Brother Representative will get in touch with you within 48 hours of the submission of the Order Form. 

5. Upon receiving your order confirmation, the assistant will be now endorsing you to a participating Authorized Dealer to complete the transaction. The dealer will provide you details on details on delivery, payment, and lead time. Then you're finally done!
