Apple finally revealed its highly-anticipated series for this year and it consists of the iPhone 12 Pro, Pro Max, and the iPhone 12 mini. All of them are equipped with the newest Apple A14 Bionic chip, 5G technology, and powerful cameras.
On the other hand, all of them no longer includes an in-box charger. In its place is the MagSafe and 15W wireless charging that you have to buy separately. Apple has decided to remove the in-box charger and earbuds on this series to commit to Carbon Neutral to its supply.
This bold move from the tech giant received mixed feedbacks and several netizens expressed their disappointment about it. Its competitors even posted a 'shade' on their respective social media accounts.
First is Samsung as it posted a photo of a wall charger with the caption "Included with your Galaxy". It is implying directly that it will always include the basics like a charger with its Galaxy devices.
The next one is from Xiaomi that posted a short video parody of unboxing that shows the wall charger first upon opening. Its caption read: "Don't worry, we didn't leave anything out of the box with the #Mi10TPro."
We are still waiting for the official price and release date of the iPhone 12 series here in the Philippines.
