Under the hood, it uses the same 2.0GHz 11nm Snapdragon 662 octa-core processor and Adreno 610 GPU. It is paired with 4GB RAM, up to 128GB expandable storage, and a 6,000mAh battery, and USB-C 18W fast charging.
It also features a 48MP AI main camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle-camera, 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. The new cam here is the 8MP ultra-wide shooter. It also has an IR Blaster remote and dual SIM slots.
Complete with and microSD expandable storage, Redmi 9T offers expandable storage of up to 512GB so users can keep their favorite apps, games, photos, and videos all on one device. Infrared blaster support would come in handy on your Redmi 9T.
In Europe, it starts at EUR 159 or roughly around PHP 9.3K for the 4GB RAM/64GB version. They also have an NFC version there. Just note that pricing in Europe is usually higher than Philippine pricing.
Xiaomi's Global Brand Store on Shopee Philippines listed the device at PHP 6,990 (the post was now deleted), and PHP 7,990 for the higher-end model. But, Xiaomi Philippines notified us that the listing is not official.
