Huawei announces MateBook X Pro 2021 along with new MateBook 13 and 14

Huawei announced the launch of the 2021 models of the MateBook X Pro, MateBook 13, and MateBook 14. These feature 11th Gen Intel processors and more.

First up, we have the Huawei MateBook X Pro 2021. It has a 13.9-inch LTPS touch screen with 3000 x 2000 resolution and a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio achieved through narrow bezels on all sides. It also has a 100 percent sRGB color gamut. The touchscreen responds to gesture controls such as clicking, sliding, and more.

The MateBook X Pro 2021 also features an aluminum-alloy chassis that measures 14.6mm and weighs 1.33kg. Inside, it will feature up to an 11th-Gen Intel Core i7 processor with Intel Iris X graphics, 16GB RAM, and up to 1TB of storage. It also features quad-cameras with 45Hz precision segmentation and four audio modes.

It supports the Huawei App Market and quick apps. New features include multi-screen collaboration via Huawei Sharing Connection. It is initiated by tapping your phone via the touchpad that has the Huawei Sharing Connection chip underneath. This will then clone the phone's screen on the MateBook X Pro 2021's screen.

It also features a 65W USB-C fast charger that can charge the laptop for 30 minutes for 4 hours of usage.

The Huawei MateBook 13 and 14 2021 comes with a 2K resolution touch screen with dual-eye protection and up to 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. Inside, both will feature up to an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, up to an NVIDIA GeForce MX450 GPU, 16GB RAM, and 512GB of storage. Both will also feature multi-screen collaboration and WiFi 6.

These laptops are all in pre-order in China and will be released on January 20. Local pricing and availability are yet to be confirmed though. We will update you as soon as we get more information.
