Sony FE 35mm F1.4 GM pre-orders start in February!

As a recap, the FE 35mm F1.4 GM is a G-Master full-frame lens designed for Sony E-mount users. It is designed to be an all-rounder lens with sharp image quality and beautiful bokeh that is great for shooting landscapes, portraits, and street photography. It has a compact and light design with measurements of 6mm in diameter x 96 mm and weighs 524 g.

For image quality, it features Sony's advanced optical technology that can deliver professional levels of contrast, resolution, and bokeh. Additionally, It has an almost circular aperture thanks to the 11-blade construction it has. The combination of F1.4 maximum aperture and the flexibility to choose the shooting distance allowing for control in both stills and videos.

The Sony proprietary XD Linear Motors provide high thrust efficiency that is needed for precise AF and tracking. This also improves control response and precision while minimizing vibration and noise for fast, smooth, and silent AF performance.

It also has professional control features such as a focus hold button, a focus mode switch, and an aperture ring with switchable click stops.
