Reliable leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) has just shared the alleged first full look at the upcoming Huawei P50 Pro and it is very intriguing.

The P50 Pro?

Super-leek unconventional design!

In the front, it has a glass panel with a 6.6-inch screen size, super-slim bezels, and slightly curved edges. Unlike the P40 and Mate 40 phones with pill-shaped punch-holes, the P50 Pro will feature a single punch-hole for the selfie camera.

It's stylish, but this is not the first time we are seeing a phone with a top-center aligned punch-hole.

BUT at the back, it is a totally different story...

Steve Hemmerstoffer's render shows a glass rear panel shows a MASSIVE egg-shaped hump on the upper-left corner with a couple of HUGE circular bumps on it. He assumed that more than one camera lenses have been integrated with it.

Leaker Teme who usually breaks Huawei-related news recently hinted that the upcoming P50 series will be the first to feature the Sony IMX800 camera and it is expected to be the world's first 1-inch sensor designed for mobile phones.

Note: Lumix CM1 in 2014 is the first phone with 1-inch Leica optics, but it is more of a camera/smartphone hybrid. IMX800 could be the first sensor purposely built for smartphones.

This is a very unconventional design that looks super-sleek in our opinion. It is also very different from the fan renders that appeared last January.

The leaker also added that the device will come with a metal frame with a flat-edged top and bottom. It'll also have an In-Display fingerprint reader, dual speakers for stereo sound on both the top and bottom frames of the devices, and an IR Blaster remote control.

The expected release date of the P50 phones is late this March.
