realme 8 5G teased in Thailand!

realme Thailand has just teased the 5G version of the realme 8 and revealed that it will go official on April 21.

Based on its design, the realme 8 5G is similar to the realme V13 5G announced in China back in March.

Unlike the 4G realme 8, this doesn't come with the large "Dare To Leap" text at the back and a 64MP quad-camera configuration. Instead, it has a 48MP triple-camera module with a flash underneath.

Geekbench and FCC listing also showed that it has specs like the V13 5G, but with an NFC chip.

So if this is really the international version of the realme V13 5G, expect it to pack a large 6.5-inch LCD display with 2400 x 1080 resolution, 600 nits peak brightness, and 90Hz refresh rate in front as well as the  7nm 2.2GHz MediaTek Dimensity 700 octa-core processor, Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, and a built-in 5G modem.

This might also come with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB/256GB UFS 2.1 storage, expandable memory via microSD, and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging via USB Type-C.

For cameras, could go with the 48MP f/1.8 main shooter, 2MP macro camera, and 2MP mono camera. On its punch-hole, this should house an 8MP f/2.0 selfie shooter. It also has a 3.5mm headphone slot, Hi-Res Audio, and Azure Blue and Black colorways.

It measures 162.5 x 74.8 x 8.5 mm and weighs in at only 176 grams.

Since it will launch in Thailand, we won't be surprised if realme will release this in neighboring countries as well. The Philippines anyone?
