Globe, in a statement on Monday, stressed the importance of having health insurance amid the coronavirus pandemic. An executive said securing medical insurance can protect individuals from high, unexpected costs.

Filipinos have become more concerned about their health and finances. We want to help ease their worries and prepare them for emergencies by giving free insurance coverage. Through this partnership, we can bring insurance closer to Filipinos, and enable them to face these challenging times with courage and optimism, said Issa Guevarra-Cabreira, Globe Chief Commercial Officer.

The telco giant, in partnership with GCash and Singlife, is offering FREE three-month GInsure medical coverage either for COVID-19 and dengue.

Users could also choose cash assistance to replace income in case of an accident, Globe added.

To avail, make sure that your GCash account is fully verified.

Existing mobile subscribers may get up to PHP 140,500 for COVID-19 and dengue cases may, or up to 50 percent of their income loss due to a covered accident.

They only need to register to a Go or Easy SURF promo for as low as PHP 50, or any promo exclusive to GlobeOne or GCash app. Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi customers, on the other hand, may subscribe to any HomeSURF, HomeWATCH, or Surf4All promo worth at least PHP 99 until July 31.
