Telco giant PLDT has introduced an online booking appointment for its home subscribers.

The online booking appointment can be accessed through pldthome.com, allowing existing customers and interested applicants to schedule an in-store or virtual appointment with a PLDT representative.

The company said customers may opt for a one-on-one meeting with a store representative at their preferred PLDT store location to apply for a new PLDT Home Fibr line, request upgrades, and report after-sale service concerns.

Butch G. Jimenez, Senior Vice President and Head of PLDT Home Business, said the new service is part of the group's commitment to delivering better customer service.

With PLDT Store Online Meeting, our customers can get personal and more customized service and assistance from our PLDT store personnel. This is in line with our vision of being the leader in customer experience and making customer engagement seamless and simple through technology, Jimenez said.

To make an appointment, follow these steps:

1. Visit the PLDT Home website (pldthome.com)

2. Click the "Book an Appointment" tab located at the right side of the page

3. Select your preferred PLDT store/branch

4. Select a service (virtual or in-store appointment)

5. Select preferred date and time

A PLDT store personnel will then assist you with your service concerns.
