To recap, the Leica Q2 was first announced in early 2019. It features a 47 MegaPixel Full-frame CMOS sensor with an aspect ratio of 3:2. It has an ISO range of 50-50,000 and features a permanently attached Leica Summilux 28mm F/1.7 lens with Optical Image Stabilization and with 11 elements in 9 groups. Three of the aforementioned are Aspherical elements.

At the back of the camera is a fixed 3-inch 1.04 Million-dot TFT LCD touch display. On top is the 3.686 Million-dot Electronic viewfinder with 100 percent coverage and 0.76 magnification.

It can capture up to 20 frames per second of continuous still shots and can record up to 4K at 30fps. These images are saved to a single SD card slot.

The whole body is IP52 water and dust resistance rated and uses a BP-SCL4 Battery pack that is CIPA rated for 350 shots per charge.

The limited-edition '007 Edition' changes up the look with the Ocean Green leather colorway. Each special edition Leica Q2 features the 007 iconic logos on the top plate and the Bond gun barrel design on the lens cap.

Each camera will be individually numbered and will come in a customized and handcrafted case designed by the British Luxury suitcase brand Globe-Trotter.
