Quezon City rolls out vaccination booking starting September 23 via QC Vax Easy

The Quezon City LGU now lets its QCitizens book their vaccination appointments through its QC Vax Easy website.

Six simple steps to book your first dose of the vaccine!

For QCitizens who haven't had their first dose of the vaccine yet, Quezon City LGU has a new option for them. Before, residents of Quezon City need to register for a vaccine through the LGU's vaccination website and wait for a text of their schedule. 

But starting today, Quezon City residents may start booking their vaccination appointments according to their availability.

How to book a vaccination appointment in QC Vax Easy:

1. If you have a QC-eServices Account (the same account you created for QC Vax Easy): Go to qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph and log in to your QC-eServices Account and Click on "QC Vax Easy" from the list of services

2. Click "Book Vaccination"

3. Click on the Calendar Button/Icon. The Calendar will pop up. Choose your preferred vaccination date.

Note: As of writing, the available schedule is only for September 23, 25, 27, and 28, 2021.

4. Choose your preferred vaccination site from the list of sites for your chosen date by clicking on the circle icon beside the name of the Vaccination Site.

5. Under Time, click on the Calendar Button/Icon and choose your preferred time. Click "Submit" to submit your preferred vaccination schedule.

6. Click "Submit" to confirm your vaccination appointment. Do not close your window until you see a message that your vaccination schedule has been successfully booked. Please take note of this information.

If you do NOT have a QC-eServices Account yet, simply go to this website and click "Register for a Vaccination". After your registration, you will be able to see a dashboard where you can follow steps number 2-6 listed above.

Upon checking on today's appointments, there are nine choices of vaccination sites. There is no available information about the brand of the vaccine on the booked appointment through the website. 

The following reminders are listed on the QC Vax Easy website:

A. Booking slots are only available upon the availability of COVID-19 vaccines and may depend on the time of your registration.

B. You may only book or receive a vaccination schedule when your priority group is approved for vaccination.
