Eligible PCs that will receive Windows 11 via Windows Update will not have Android app support off the bat. In fact, we will have to wait until 2022 for it to be implemented according to Microsoft.

This is understandable since Microsoft is working with Amazon and Intel to make sure that Android apps will run as smoothly as possible on Windows 11. There are a lot of things to consider in terms of Android apps on Windows 11. The mobile app GUI adaptation, functionality, and even bugs and exploits need to be eliminated. The Android app is expected to be available in Windows 11 via Amazon's app store.

Remember, Windows 11 will be a substantial update with a new and improved GUI, new functions and features, and more. It is already a big thing that Android apps will be supported in the future. It is also not yet clear if apps that rely on Google Services will be affected or even work.

As a recap, here are the basic system requirements to look out for when installing the new OS on a PC:

64-bit 1GHz or faster with 2 or more cores processor
at least 4GB or more RAM
64GB or more storage
UEFI, secure boot capable system firmware
TPM version 2.0 support
DirectX 12 compatible graphics card or later with WDMM 2.0 driver
A screen with at least 720p resolution

What do you guys think?
