Globe launches Shop & Pay kiosks: one-stop shop for products and services

Globe sets up Shop & Pay digital kiosks in malls as a response to the growing demand for service innovations that promote safety and convenience in the new normal.

Globe is taking huge strides toward digital transformation with its new Shop & Pay digital kiosks. The service provider advertises that this on-ground experience is a mix of digital retail and brick-and-mortar Globe Stores.

Globe promises a safer retail experience with Shop & Pay.

The kiosks have digital displays wherein, instead of person-to-person transactions, customers can purchase products such as prepaid load and call cards, SIM cards and pay for bills as well as cash-in their GCash accounts. Product displays have QR codes customers can scan that will lead them to the online shop and delivery request pages.

To make the retail experience more convenient, customers can view videos showing more information on a product along with plan offerings through the “lift and learn” option. There are also educational clips installed on the screens about mobile applications such as GlobeOne, GCash, and Globe At Home.

Shop & Pay was introduced as part of Globe’s annual 917-day celebration.
