vivo Y33s with 50MP cam arrives in the Philippines, priced at PHP 12,999!

First announced in India back in August, the device is now listed in several vivo stores and kiosks which can be seen at the Facebook Marketplace and Gizmo Central stores in several Metro Manila malls.

To recall, the handset arrived in a familiar vivo design in Mirror Black and Midday Dream colorway at the back and a 6.58-inch LCD screen with 2408 x 1080 FHD+ resolution, 401 ppi, and a notch for the 16MP f/2.0 selfie camera.

Inside, the handset is powered by the 2.0GHz MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core processor, Mali-G52 MC2 GPU, 8GB + 4GB extended RAM, 128GB storage, and a 5,000mAh with 18W fast charge.

Mirror Black and Midday Dream

The highlight of the device is its use of the large 50MP f/1.8 main camera that is said to be a good shooter in different lighting conditions, even in low light. It is assisted by a 2MP f/2.4 for macro and another 2MP f/2.4 for depth. However, there is no ultra-wide shooter.

Other features of its camera software are Night Mode, Portrait mode, Pano, Live Photo, Slow-Mo, Time-lapse, Pro, Document, and 50MP.

The device also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual-band WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, and dual SIM slots.

It runs Android 11 with Funtouch OS 11.1 skin on top.
