Breaking: Huawei reveals pre-order details of nova 9 with 50MP RYYB cam, priced at PHP 23,999!

Ahead of its November 19 official launch, tech giant Huawei today revealed the pre-order details and official local price of the nova 9 in the Philippines.

A flagship-grade main camera on a premium mid-ranger!

3D curved OLED display

To recap, Huawei nova 9 is the company's newest premium mid-ranger boasting a flagship P50-like design with a curved back in Starry Blue with shifting colors, Crush Green, and Black colorways as well as the P50-like dual circle camera hump.

For specs, it is quite powerful. the device is boasting a 6.57-inch 3D curved OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, P3 color gamut, ΔE < 1 color accuracy, and HDR10. The display also has an In-Display fingerprint reader and a punch-hole housing the 32MP shooter.

What's inside the device is the  4G version of the speedy Snapdragon 778G with Adreno 642L GPU paired with 8G RAM, 256GB internal storage, and a 4,300mAh battery capacity with USB-C 66W SuperCharge tech that can fill its entire battery capacity from 0 to 100 percent in just 38 minutes.

The main highlight of the device is the massive 50MP main shooter with f/1.9 aperture size. It's an RYYB sensor with XD Fusion Engine designed to swiftly process a huge amount of information and enhance clarity. This is a camera sensor commonly found on flagship smartphones with twice the price. The main cam is assisted by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP f/2.4 macro sensor.

The new Huawei nova 9 with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage is priced at PHP 23,999. 

Those who will pre-order it starting today until November 25, 2021, will several freebies like the REE HUAWEI FreeLace worth PHP 3,490 and HUAWEI Cloud benefits worth PHP 9,449 via Huawei Experience Stores, online HUAWEI Store, Shopee and Lazada.

Huawei notes that the  Starry Blue variant will be available for a limited time during the pre-order period.
