Budget laptop maker Chuwi recently introduced the MiniBook X, a promising 2-in-1 device with a punch-hole display.

The first with a punch-hole camera on laptops?

Yes, guys. It is a laptop with a punch-hole display similar to smartphones. In particular, the laptop features a 10-inch 2K 2560 x 1600 screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a top-left-aligned punch-hole to house a 5MP HD front camera. 5MP is also one of the highest megapixel cameras that we've seen on a laptop today.

This design allows the PC to have really slim bezels not only on the sides but on the top as well for a more immersive viewing experience.

Personally, my only comment based on the image render is they could have placed the punch-hole in the top-center of the display instead. This will prevent you from moving to the left part of your laptop to align your face and body to the center when doing Zoom calls.

For specs, the device is boasting an Intel 11th Gen N5100 processor with Intel UHD graphics. It is paired with 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 512GB SSD storage.

The company hasn't mentioned its exact battery capacity, but the device can be charged via USB-C up to 45W PD 2.0 fast charging technology.

Since it is a 2-in-1 device, it has a 360-degree hinge. It has a tablet mode, tent mode, and display mode similar to the Lenovo Yoga line.

We also noticed that it has a keyboard and an actual touchpad.

It also supports stylus pen input. But, it isn't stated if it is included in the package or sold separately.

The 2-in-1 device measures 243.84 x 167.64 x 17.8 mm.
