PLDT customers in parts of Quezon City, Caloocan, and Bulacan may experience slower internet services

The company expects that its services were restored at 12:00 PM earlier

According to PLDT's earlier network advisory, some PLDT customers in parts of Quezon City, Caloocan, and Bulacan may experience slower internet services due to a fiber cable cut in the area caused by construction works by another telecommunications company.

The telco giant didn't mention who is that competitor, but they said that they expect that its services will be fully restored by 12:00 PM today.

Likely, this is not intentional. But, let's hope that all who will do diggings next time will be more careful next time to prevent inconveniences like this. In this ongoing pandemic, many are relying on internet services for work, school, and entertainment.

What do you guys think?
