Infinix Note 10 Pro 2022 |
To recap, the Infinix Note 10 Pro 2022 features a large 6.95-inch IPS screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and a 2460 x 1080 resolution. Inside is the 12nm MediaTek Helio G95 octa-core processor, Mali-G76 GPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB UFS 2.2, and a large 5,000mAh battery with 33W X-Charge.
At the back is a 64MP quad-rear camera while in front is a 16MP selfie camera.
In the Philippines, the Note 10 Pro 2022 is priced at PHP 11,990.
Is it worth it? This is part 1 of our review. Let's dive in.
Unboxing/Accessories
 |
Infinix Note 10 Pro 2022 |
The new Note 10 Pro arrives in the familiar green box with Infinix branding, specs, key features, and regulatory information.
 |
Box inclusions |
Inside is the phone, 33W wall charger, SIM ejector tool, USB Type-A to Type-C cable, bumper case, tempered glass, and documentation. There are no earphones included.
It is nice to see that Infinix still includes a charger and a silicone case inside the box. This has become a rarity in higher price smartphones. However, it is unfortunate that the company did not include earphones, unlike previous generations.
Build Quality/Design
 |
Two-tone back Panel |
At first glance, the Infinix Note 10 Pro 2022 looks very similar to the original. It features a glass front panel, plastic back panel, and a polycarbonate inner-frame. The phone curves at the back which makes it easy to hold but it is slippery and is a fingerprint smudge magnet. We recommend wearing the included case right away.
Because of the polycarbonate frame and the glasstic back, the phone is super lightweight even though it is rather large.
 |
SIM tray |
Surprisingly, the SIM tray has rubber gaskets for water resistance. The phone may feature decent water and dust resistance.
 |
Large display |
In front is a 6.95-inch 2.5D curved LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. It is large with good resolution and vibrant color. The brightness is decent for the price range but could struggle in daylight.
On top of the display is a punch hole that houses the selfie camera and a slim earpiece. It is not the brightest panel we've seen in the price range but the colors are good.
 |
Top and bottom |
On top is a smooth surface while at the bottom are the speaker grills, microphone port, USB-C, and 3.5mm audio jack.
 |
Left and right |
On the left side is the SIM tray while on the right side is the volume rocker and the power button that doubles as the fingerprint scanner.
The phone measures 172.76 x 78.32 x 7.8 mm.
 |
Rear camera |
At the back are is the 64MP, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 2MP mono, and 2MP portrait camera with a Quad Flash Light while on the punch hole is the front-facing 16MP selfie camera.
We have yet to try its cameras. Stay tuned!
