FREE replacement for expired Home Prepaid WiFi SIM

Globe noted that your SIM might need to be replaced if the network light on your modem is still red after reset attempts.

If that's the case, Globe said that all you need to do is visit the nearest Globe store and the telco will replace it for FREE. After that, you can immediately use it to enjoy the "sulit" data offers when using the Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi.

You can also book your appointment for a near hassle-free experience at https://queue.globe.com.ph/. Also, don't forget to bring your Home Prepaid WiFi modem with the expired SIM on the day of your schedule.

Subscribers may also message the globe At Home Facebook page at http://m.me/globeathome.  Click "Get Started" and browse the menu to reach an agent. When prompted, just give your active contact number to the Globe representative. The SIM replacement will be sent to you for FREE.

Once delivered, the user will receive a
message containing instructions on installing your new SIM card correctly. Then simply register your new Home Prepaid WiFi SIM number in your New GlobeOne app to continue to enjoy the latest promos and track your data usage.

Globe is highlighting that subscribers may try the HomeShare199 with 25GB valid for 7 days.

SIM replacement will also be available on the Globe website soon.

To keep your account active, the telco giant is advising its users to actively load and maintain at least PHP 10 in load.

The promo is valid until June 30, 2022.

We at Globe At Home care for our customers and provide them with easy, convenient, and free SIM replacement so they can continue to maximize the investment they made when they purchased their home prepaid WiFi, said Barbie Dapul, Globe At Home VP for Marketing.

To recap, many turned to the
Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi over the past 2 years to ensure connection at home for school, work, and even entertainment. It served as a lifeline for students and workers who needed backup connectivity for broadband and mobile data.

As the situation slowly goes back to "normal" with employees and students returning to work and school, some may have been unable to load and use their modems for a while, a reason why their SIM might have expired.
