Globe has also established a mechanism via which its users can send assistance with only a few clicks on their devices, encouraging public support. Beginning on July 29, Globe customers can exchange their data for Rewards points that can be used to make donations to the foundations and charities of their choice in support of the earthquake-affected families. Customers of Globe's mobile prepaid, postpaid, and home prepaid WiFi services can simply tap "convert data" under the Rewards area of the new GlobeOne app.

1GB of data costs 1 point for Globe prepaid customers, but 5 Rewards points are awarded for the same amount of data for postpaid customers. Customers of Globe can also give away their Rewards points, which will expire at the end of July 2022.

Customer donations will be used to fund the relief operations of affiliated groups including the ABS-CBN Foundation, the GMA Kapuso Foundation, the Ayala Foundation, and Rise Against Hunger Philippines. 

Through its #GCashGivesBack QR code and "pay bill" wallet, GCash is urging its customers to contribute to earthquake relief. Donations received through these ways will be allocated equitably to partner NGOs working in earthquake-affected areas, especially in the provinces surrounding the epicenter in Abra. Users can also choose to contribute money to partner NGOs directly by scanning their QR codes with GCash.

KonsultaMD is providing one month of FREE general physician consultations to locals in earthquake-affected areas. Quake survivors can receive one free video consultation and unlimited voice KonsultaMD consultations between July 27 and August 31 by using the promo code LIBRENGKONSULTA. The required prescriptions, test requests, and medical certificates will be electronically sent to patients by KonsultaMD.

Within hours of the earthquake, Globe has set up a Libreng Tawag, Libreng Charging, and Libreng WiFi station in Bangued, Abra to offer earthquake survivors easily accessible connectivity. It is collaborating closely with regional and national governments to give affected families life-saving assistance.
