Apple recently made headlines with the new feature found on the iPhone 14 Pro phones called "Dynamic Island." It is the company's way of utilizing and maximizing the oblong-shaped camera cutout for the Face ID and selfie camera on the upper portion of its display. |
V20 is the first with the said tech? |
Apple is not the first with the "Dynamic Island"
This UI solution transforms the static cutout into an interactive hub that shows alerts, notifications, app shortcuts, and more. It can even change in appearance by making it longer or even squarish. Apple showed that it works even on plenty o system alerts, live activities, and even apps like Spotify.
Because of this "innovation," several tech personalities are claiming that it will be "copied" by several Android companies very soon.
No doubt, Apple's implementation is WAY better. They are also a lot better at marketing the said feature. But, they are not the first who came up with this idea?
Check the video below:
Who knows? Maybe Apple watched that presentation and said to themselves that "we can make it better."
What do you guys think?
