Motorola Edge 30 Fusion, Edge 30 Neo announced with 144Hz OLED screens!

Alongside the Edge 30 Ultra, Motorola releases two more smartphones—Edge 30 Fusion and Edge 30 Neo.

Two more Motorola Edge 30 series announced!

Starting with the Edge 30 Fusion, it appears in stylish Neptune Blue and Vegan Leather back finish. However, there will be three more color options but they will have glass panels on the rear. The remaining colorways are Cosmic Grey, Aurora White, and Solar Gold.

Flipping it up, you will see a 6.55-inch P-OLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and 144Hz refresh rate.

Inside, it is powered by a 5nm 3.0GHz Snapdragon 888+ octa-core processor with Adreno 660 GPU. The phone is also paired with 8GB or 12GB RAM and has three storage options 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.

For battery, it has 4,400mAh that can be charged using USB-C and a 68W fast charger. Motorola also stated it will charge 50 percent in just 10 minutes.

The rear cameras have 50MP for the main, paired with 13MP ultrawide, and 2MP for depth shooting. While on the front, you will see a 32MP selfie camera.

Other features are an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance, an in-display fingerprint reader, and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

For connectivity, it has 5G, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and NFC.

Moving forward, the 3rd member for the Edge 30 series will be the Edge 30 Neo. This smartphone comes with an aesthetically pleasing design which was made in collaboration with Pantone. It has five colorways which are Aqua Foam, Black Onyx, Ice Palace, and Very Peri (Purple) which is also Pantone's color of the year 2022.

This phone is smaller with its 6.28-inch P-OLED  screen but retains the 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution.

They also toned down the processor with a 6nm 2.4GHz Snapdragon 695 processor with Adreno 619 GPU. It also has 6GB or 8GB RAM options and 128GB or 256GB storage options.

The battery is also smaller at 4,020mAh but has a similar 68W fast charging adaptor.

Meanwhile, it has dual cameras such as 64MP with OIS on the main and is coupled with a 13MP ultrawide sensor. For selfies, it is using 32MP.

Other features are Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, dual microphones, and a rear-mounted fingerprint reader.

For connectivity, it is using 5G, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and GPS.

Both smartphones run Android 12 as their operating system.

Motorola Edge 30 Neo - starts at EUR 370 (around PHP 21.1K)
Motorola Edge 30 Fusion - starts at EUR 600 (around PHP 34.3K)

The Edge 30 Fusion is now available in Europe while the Edge 30 Neo will be available in the coming days. However, it is not yet clear when it will arrive in the Philippine market.
