Slam Dunk Anime is now available on Netflix!

The hit comedy sports anime originated in the 90s era. The story began with the protagonist—Hanamichi Sakuragi, a high school delinquent that joins the basketball team "Shohoku" where he will discover his talent for the sport while doing hard work to win the tournament.

Sakuragi will meet his teammates "Captain Akagi, Rukawa, Miyagi, Mitsui, and the iconic Kogure with "never-ending flashbacks" when it's his time to shoot the ball.

The team will be battling it out against the top Japanese schools such as Kainan, Ryonan, Shoyo, and more.

Sakuragi will also meet his crush Haruko Akagi and his coach "Anzai" who will teach him to get better at basketball.

Moving forward, the anime features 8 seasons and a total of 101 episodes running 22 to 23 minutes each.
