HUAWEI Watch Ultimate: New Dive-ready premium smartwatch soon in PH!

Alongside the P60 Pro and Mate X3, technology giant HUAWEI announced that the Watch Ultimate will soon be coming to the Philippines.

A diver-ready premium smartwatch!

First announced in China a month ago, the HUAWEI Watch Ultimate is the company's most premium smartwatch yet. It features a classy yet super durable build boasting a sapphire glass watch dial, a nanocrystalline ceramic watch bezel/rear case, and a zirconium-based liquid metal front case.

HUAWEI said that it has 16 water-resistant structures and even features ISO 22810 water resistance standard and EN13310 device equipment standard which can withstand up to 110-meter depth underwater.

This makes it ideal even for professional divers.

The strap? It is available in an aviation-grade titanium strap variant or the HNBR strap that is high-elastic and lightweight and friendly to the skin. It is also "highly durable" with water resistance and low-temperature tolerance.

For the display, the watch has a 1.5-inch circular LTPO AMOLED screen with 466 x 466 resolution.

The device also features the usual health and sports-related features for heart rate, blood oxygen, and even ECG measurements.

Another highlight is the Expedition mode, which is a function made for outdoor enthusiasts.

It uses a dual-frequency five-system GNSS positioning aiming to consistently deliver mapping and the ability to set waypoints even when you're far from cities as well as SpO2 blood oxygen level monitoring for high altitudes.

The device has a 530mAh battery with up to 14 days on a single charge or around 8 days for active users depending on the usage. The device can be charged from 0 to 100 percent in 60 minutes and supports Qi wireless charging.
