Motorola Edge 40 Pro is now official!

The brand is known for its simplistic design and even its flagship didn't escape the usual rear cover available in Lunar Blue or Interstellar Black colorway.

However, facing the phone upward is where Motorola shined as it will greet you with a curved dot notched OLED panel with a size of 6.67-inch with 2400 x 1080 resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colors, Dolby Vision, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

Inside, the phone is equipped with 4nm 3.2GHz Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with Adreno next-gen GPU, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, 256GB UFS 4.0 storage, a 4,600mAh battery with a whopping 125W USB-C, and fast charging brick. Alongside that it supports 15W wireless charging and 5W for reverse.

In terms of the cameras, the Edge 40 Pro uses 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle with macro, a 12MP 2x portrait telephoto shooter, and a 60MP selfie snapper.

Other features mentioned are the Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, 4 microphones, and an IP68 water resistance rating. It even has the ThinkShield, Moto Secure, and Family Space features.

On the connectivity side, it has 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G, VoLTE, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and dual SIM support.

The phone runs the Android 13 Operating System as its software.

The phone is now available in Europe and in the UK and it will roll out to selected markets in the Latin America region in the following weeks. However no official statements yet for a PH release.
