Apple recently unveiled its most sophisticated AR/VR headset called "Vision Pro". Apparently, HUAWEI filed a patent with the same name 4 years ago.

So did HUAWEI do this intentionally? The aforementioned trademark from the Chinese firm has nothing to do with Apple. To explain things, HUAWEI already has multiple product lineups of "Vision" products like the Vision Smart EyeGlasses, and Vision Smart TVs, and these items were launched way before Apple did. Therefore, there is no intention involved in this.
In terms of renaming, Apple might have to rename its so-called VR/AR headset specifically in China region only due to trademark infringement. But this situation may not be applicable to global markets.
To recall, Apple's Vision Pro is slated to arrive in the US first while the availability in the Chinese market is yet to be announced. So the Cupertino-based tech firm has so much time to think of a new tag for their product.
