Just in! GrabCar (Beta) is now available in Davao

A Davao-based website earlier shared that the beta version of GrabCar is now available in Davao City.

The screenshot from DavaoBase.com revealed that the both GrabCar 4-Seater (Beta) and 6-Seater (Beta) can now be accessed on the Grab "Super App". It also shows that they are trying to book from Gaisano Mall Grocery to Francisco Bangoy International Airport with a starting fare of PHP 276.

My contact in Davao also opened his Grab app and we can confirm that this news is legit.

Previously, only Grab's GrabTaxi service is available in Davao City.

Our source told us that a Grab agent told him that they are targeting to make this service fully operational by September.

Aside from Davao, GrabCar is also available in Metro Manila and Cebu in the Philippines.
