OPPO Find N3 Flip is official: 6.8-inch foldable screen, Dimensity 9200 chip, triple Hasselblad cameras!
OPPO's follow-up to its highly clamshell foldable is now official in China—the Find N3 Flip. Soon, it will be available for the global market as well.

| A stronger folding mechanism? |
The new OPPO Find N3 Flip uses an improved Seiko quasi-vertical hinge solid yet ultra-light hinge made with aerospace-grade MIM alloy materials. This hinge has been certified by TÜV Rheinland to survive 600,000 folds or 200,000 more than the Find N2 Flip.
In comparison, the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 is only certified to withstand about 200,000 folds.
It uses a 6.8-inch SCHOTT UTG-protected LTPO AMOLED screen with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1440 PWM dimming, ProXDR, FHD+ 2520 x 1080 at 403 ppi. It has a peak brightness of 1,600 nits, 100 percent DCI-P3, and 100 percent sRGB color gamut.
For the cover screen, it retained a 3.26-inch Super AMOLED screen with 720 x 382 resolution at a 17:9 aspect ratio. But, it is now protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
By the way, the external cover screen can support several widgets, smart home screen, weather wallpaper, interactive pet wallpaper 2.0, and any window application center.
The other upgrade of the device is it is now using the 3.05GHz 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9200 octa-core processor with Immortalis-G715 11-core GPU. It also has 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, 256GB/512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage, and a large 4,300mAh battery with USB-C 44W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
Yes, 4,300mAh is large for a clamshell-type foldable. In comparison, brands like Samsung only use a 3,700mAh cell.
The other highlight of the handset is it now uses a 48MP f/2.2 Sony IMX581 114-degree ultra-wide with 4cm macro and 32MP f/2.0 Sony IMX709 2x telephoto to accompany its capable 50MP f/1.8 Sony IMX890 camera.
For selfies, you will see a 32MP f/2.4 Sony IMX709 RGBW sensor with AF.
The cameras were tuned by Swedish camera manufacturer Hasselblad.
