Sharp launches its flagship line of Smart TVs in the Philippines featuring wide 4K XLED and Deep Chroma Quantum Dot tech.

Sharp launches Aquos XLED 4K 65" and 75" in PH!

To recall, the brand has already introduced this last May 2023 in Japan and now has brought its newest lineup in the Philippines.

As per Sharp, this new Aquos XLED is a major improvement versus the predecessor bringing True To Life picture quality to its users.

The 75-inch model

The new model comprises two sizes namely 75-inch and 65-inch choices and both of them use Xtreme mini-LED tech which is why it got the moniker "XLED".

As the main highlight, the TV uses Deep Chroma Quantum Dot technology. According to Sharp, it transforms the wavelength of the backlight to allow highly pure generation of 3 main colors to deliver excellent brightness and wide color space. Apart from that the TVs also feature 2,000 backlight dimming zones improving the contrast ratio on dark scenarios.

Moreover, the screens of the TVs use 120Hz variable refresh rate with auto low latency mode, FreeSync premium support, and deep learning super-resolution (DLSS). On top of it, the Aquos XLED also supports HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Vision enhancement.

Price of the Smart TVs

Powering the unit, inside it has an X5 X-revelation processor from Sharp while it also has an ambient light sensor to optimize the precise color in different scenarios.

In the audio department, the Smart TVs use ARSS+ Speaker Surround System that comprises 11 speakers units to deliver that "directional audio" as you are inside the theater.

Lastly, the device supports Google TV so users can watch from popular streaming platforms like Netflix, Prime, YouTube, and more.
