Alleged Nothing Phone (2a) teased to launch this week!

Nothing is about to launch its 3rd smartphone product this week as teased on its social media.

Nothing Phone (2a) to launch this week!

A listing has been found on India's BIS certification authority website with a model number of A142. It is also joined by a new battery with certification under the NT03 model number.

While it is unlikely we will see a Nothing Phone (3) this year since the brand has just launched its best yet known as the Phone (2), a tipster says we may see a Phone 2a moniker instead for this A142 model number.

The brand has posted on its X social media page "Something is coming this week" indicating that we will see the new phone soon.

As of this writing, the only information about the upcoming device would be the 6.7 AMOLED panel, dual cameras, and obviously the brand's iconic Glyph interface at the back.

The alleged 2a naming may indicate that the smartphone will be a more affordable version than the Nothing Phone (2).

Anyway, we have a week of waiting and we will see it soon.
