An assistant, a projector, and more!

Samsung first introduced the "revamped" version of Ballie in a press conference at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas on January 8 ahead of the Consumer Electronics Show 2024.

Ballie, which was first introduced at CES 2020, has been upgraded "with new advanced features to help users intelligently navigate their lives," Samsung said in a statement.

This can act as a personal home assistant. It can be connected to home appliances so it can perform tasks, allowing Ballie to learn from its user’s patterns and habits to provide smarter and personalized services.

Samsung revealed Ballie’s features at CES 2024 through a video.

In the video, Ballie can be seen communicating with its user to update her about her pet dog Cooper. It was able to send a video, dispense dog food, and even project a video on the floor to play with the pet.

Ballie is also able to turn on appliances and welcome home its users. Samsung also showed the robot's ability to project a video call or a video exercise on a wall or even the ceiling, answer a call, and play music.

Ballie makes life at home more productive and enjoyable, the company said.

Samsung has yet to announce the price and when the latest version of Ballie will be available to the market.
