Dingdong Dantes' delivery service enters PH motorcycle taxi market

Dingdong PH, a delivery solution company launched by Kapuso actor Dingdong Dantes, has expanded its services to cover the motorcycle taxi industry.

PH welcomes new motorcycle taxi player

The new service dubbed "Dingdong Hatid" was formally rolled out last April 7, with the company holding a grand motorcade from Metro Manila.

Dantes assured that Dingdong would provide a reliable motorcycle taxi service for Filipino commuters.

Joy Tan, president and CEO of Dingdong.ph, said that their riders "have gone through comprehensive road and rider safety training and continuous upskilling programs."

The company said its mobile app is equipped with safety features like an SOS emergency button, live agent assistance, and an automated case of emergency contact tracking. Meanwhile, on-demand booking, QR-enabled booking, scheduled booking, and preferred riders are also made available for passengers.

First-time users can use the code SWITCH2HATID to enjoy a FREE base fare or a PHP 50 discount for their first Dingdong Hatid booking.

The app is available for iOS and Android users.
