HUAWEI recently made the new Band 9 available in the Philippines.

Key features of HUAWEI Band 9

Coming from its predecessor, the new HUAWEI Band 9 now sports a new and improved ambient light sensor, fluoroelastomer strap and nylon strap options that are said to be skin-friendly and durable, and a glossy gilded bezel with 10-layer of spray coating and laser engraving. It has a total of 9-axis sensors coming from just 6-axis as well.

In PH, it only comes in the fluoroelastomer strap in Starry Black, White, Charm Pink, and Lemon Yellow colorways. The Yellow version features a Nike Sports Band design with bigger holes for Apple Watches.

The device uses a 1.47-inch AMOLED screen with 368 x 194 resolution at 283 ppi. This screen supports the Always On Display (AOD) mode and comes with plenty of watch faces to choose from.

For health, it comes with HUAWEI TruSleep 4.0. This has sleep mode, white noise, natural soundscapes, and relaxing music. It can also check sleep health while tracking heart rate, SpO2, respiratory rate, and abnormal breathing.

This device also has the HUAWEI TruSeen 5.5 with better heart rate readings and faster SpO2 measurements. Its Pulse Wave Arrhythmia Analysis is powered by the PPG sensor.

This device also tracks stress levels and has TruRelax stress management with calming breath exercises.

For women, it has a period reminder and fertile window predictions.

Of course, it comes with fitness tracking features like step tracking, calories burned, and a new nine-axis sensor allowing swimmers to heart rate, stroke count, stroke rate, lap count, and SWOLF in real-time.
