vivo V30 Lite 4G launched: SD685, 50MP main cam and 80W fast charging!

vivo added a new smartphone in the V30 series, this time, it's called a lite version with 4G connectivity.

The new V30 Lite 4G features a prism pattern design on its back for a modern look.

At the front, it uses a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1200 nits of max brightness.

Inside, it is equipped with the 2.8GHz 6nm Snapdragon 685 octa-core chip with Adreno 610 GPU, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage.

For battery, it comes with a 5,000mAh capacity that charges using 80W. A first "Lite" variant from vivo to have this fast charging feature. vivo also claimed that it can retain 80 percent of its battery health after 1600 charge cycles which is more than 4 years of daily charging.

For cameras, it is equipped with a 50MP main sensor coupled with a 2MP depth helper and an 8MP sensor for selfies.

Other features noted are an In-Display fingerprint reader, an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, stereo speakers, and Hi-Res audio certification.

For connectivity, the phone has dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and dual SIM.

For OS, the phone runs Android 14 with FunTouch OS 14 skin overlay.

The phone is currently available in Russia and Cambodia. No word yet if vivo will bring it here in the Philippines or other markets.
