HONOR has partnered with the Esports World Cup Foundation and has made the HONOR 200 Pro the tournament's official gaming phone.
The said competition is the world's largest gaming event happening this month in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The HONOR 200 Pro will be used in mobile games such as Free Fire, Honor of Kings, and the Women's division of Mobile Legends Bang Bang.
To recap, the HONOR 200 Pro features a 6.78-inch 2700 x 1224 resolution quad curved OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 3.0GHz Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 8-core chip with Adreno GPU, 12GB/512GB storage, a 5,200mAh battery with 100W fast charging and 66W wireless charging.
In the imaging section, the phone has a 50MP f/1.9 1/1.3-inch OV50H primary shooter with an OIS + 50MP custom Sony IMX856 telephoto sensor with 2.5x optical zoom, up to 50x digital zoom + 12MP ultra-wide angle w/ macro features. For selfies, it has a 50MP SLR-level portrait sensor with f/2.1 aperture which can shoot 4K video.
Finally, HONOR has partnered with Studio Harcourt Paris to bring a studio-level portrait in mobile photography.
Again the smartphone is going to be launched this July 17, 2024.
