The telco giant said the new service allows subscribers to customize their monthly plans anytime.

We listen to feedback from you, our customers, and hope to empower you to live your best life through digital tools tailored to your needs. The All-New GPlan PLUS lets you customize your postpaid plan just the way you want it, said Jo Anne Illescas, head of Globe Consumer Mobile Postpaid.

Through the GlobeOne app, users of All-New GPlan PLUS 999 to 2499 can use Data Swap to convert their plan allowance into a variety of different offers, including call and text promos, unli data access to mobile games, and social media and messaging apps.

The company said users can also choose content subscriptions from BeIN Sports, Vivamax, Disney+, and Crunchyroll, as well as lifestyle vouchers from Lazada, ZALORA, Pick.A.Roo, Lalamove, and Parlon.

To get more data, customers can also convert their call and text allowance into gigabytes or choose to get a 12- or 24-month contract period with their plan.

The additional data can be used to customize their plans further to fit their unique needs and lifestyles. This Do-It-Yourself approach ensures that no data goes to waste, allowing customers to maximize the value of what they paid for.
