Sony PS5 30th Anniversary Edition launched

Apart from the PS5 Pro, Sony also revealed the 30th Anniversary Edition of the base PS5.

Sony PS5 but with 90's feels!

This design brings the nostalgic presence of the 1st PlayStation released last 1994. As you can see, it shows the iconic gray body and multicolored PS logo.

The bundle

Anyways, it is a special bundle that comes with the PS5 unit itself, similarly themed DualSense Edge wireless gamepad, DualSense charging dock, and Console cover for the disc drive ( disc drive is sold separately).

Additional charming items include a cable connector modeled after the original PlayStation controller, cable ties designed with the PlayStation's popular gamepad keys, shapes, stickers, a paperclip, and a poster.

Apart from that you can also spot the gamepad cover available in a round form factor.

There's also a matching themed PlayStation Portal but will be sold separately.

According to Sony, the Anniversary Edition is limited to 12,300 units only with each piece having its number printed on its side.

Apparently, there's no price revealed here but it will be available for pre-order starting September 26.
