HUAWEI unveiled its latest audio gear FreeBuds Pro 4 alongside the Mate 70 Series.
As its main highlight, these earbuds are the first to feature HarmonyOS Next for its kind. If paired with HarmonyOS 4.3 or newer device, this can reach up to 2.3 Mbps lossless audio transmission with 48 kHz/24-bit quality.
To top it off it also uses L2HC 4.0, HWA Lossless, and has Hi-Res wireless certifications.
The FreeBuds Pro 4 is equipped with dual 11mm acoustic drivers which are comprised of a four-magnet driver and micro-planar tweeter. This is even tuned by the Central Conservatory of Music to deliver high-quality sound for its users.
It can also provide up to 100dB of noise cancellation thanks to its 4x microphones and reverse bone conduction pickup microphone, surpassing majority of TWS buds competitors. The three-stage memory ear tips also aid giving adequate seal for the user's ear canal to eliminate background noise.
For battery, it can last up to 6.5 hours of usage and 33 hours with its charging case. When ANC is turned on it goes down to 4.5 hours and 23 hours with case.
Finally, its HarmonyOS NEXTZ also features face-to-face translation, spatial audio, and Star Flash search. The earbuds also have an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance to survive daily workouts and some light splashes.
