Smart subscribers to enjoy an exclusive pre-sale for j-hope's Manila concert

Smart Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers can participate in Smart's exclusive pre-sale event for the Manila leg of j-hope's highly anticipated "Hope on the Stage" concert at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena on April 12 and 13, 2025.

Those who are interested may get the pre-sale access code on the Smart app.

From Feb. 13 to 18, 2025, Smart Prepaid subscribers may get their presale access code upon loading on the Smart App.  

Meanwhile, Smart Infinity members, meanwhile, may automatically get their presale access code on the app.

Smart Postpaid Plan 599 to 2999 subscribers may redeem their presale access code on the app from Feb. 14 to 18 by clicking the "Hope on the Stage" tab.

Subscribers may download the Smart app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Note that this is on a first-come, first-served basis, and does not automatically guarantee a ticket.

The pre-sale event will happen on February 20 at 10 AM, subscribers must be quick to best other participants.

Those who successfully enter the Smart Presale Event may follow these steps to proceed with their ticket purchase.

Subscribers who successfully entered the pre-sale may follow the steps to proceed with the ticket purchase:

• Visit www.livenation.ph and log in or register.
• Search for "j-hope" and click "Find out more."
• Scroll down and click on "Smart Presale." You'll be redirected to www.smtickets.com.
• Log in, then select "Hope on the Stage," and click "Buy Tickets."
• Enter the pre-sale access code. A maximum of 2 tickets per single transaction is allowed. w tickets must be purchased at once.
• Select your desired seat(s) and complete the payment.

If the transaction is successful, subscribers will receive an email containing their claim ticket voucher, or it will appear under My Account > My Ticket. 

After that, subscribers may print the ticket vouchers and claim the physical ticket in any SM Ticket outlet anytime before the show day as a physical ticket is required for entrance on the day of the concert.

The Manila leg is j-hope's first stop after South Korea and North America. It is a part of his huge announcement of additional tour dates fresh from his triumphant three-song set at Paris' Le Gala des Piéces Jaunes.

The Smart 5G Max with faster upload and download speeds and ultra-low latency will be available at the concert venue so users can share real-time posts and stories during the event and even connect with loved ones from the venue.
