PSP Go meets Nokia N97?

To recap, the Nokia N97 was a popular smartphone back in 2008 made to compete against the Xperia X1. It features a 3.5-inch display and a sliding QWERTY keyboard so users can easily type their text messages.

Now a Chinese handheld company wants to bring back that design with its latest prototype but for gaming purposes. As seen in the images, it even has the iconic color Orange of the historic phone. Although the device is also available in Silver colorway.

This time, the display will be the one sliding speaking of which it boasts a 4.6-inch screen although the resolution or refresh rate wasn't mentioned.
The control keys and display

Underneath you'll be greeted by the chunky body that houses the controls such as D-pad, more directional buttons to compensate for the lack of analog sticks, and then there are XYAB keys to complete the setup.

Powering this cute little device is a 2.96GHz 7nm Snapdragon 855+ octa-core chip with Adreno Adreno 640 GPU.

While the processor seemed old for Android standards, don't forget it's a 2019 flagship that can still run emulators.

After all, it is made to play classic games such as Nintendo GameCube, PSP, PS1, or PS2.

It will be sold in China soon through crowdfunding. Apparently, there's no word yet if it will become available to the international market.

What do you guys think?
