Infinix NOTE 50s 5G+ launched in India: Dimensity 7300 Ultimate, 144Hz AMOLED, 64MP camera, MIL-STD 810H and IP64 certified

The latest member of the ever-growing NOTE 50 series family, the NOTE 50s 5G+ has been introduced in India.
Its new and novel feature is the 'Energizing Scent-Tech' in the Marine Drift Blue colorway. It utilizes microencapsulation technology to integrate fragrance into its vegan leather back panel. This is designed to provide sustained release of the scent. The fragrance profile of the Marine Drift Blue variant has top notes of marine and lemon, middle notes of lily of the valley, and base notes of amber and vetiver. Infinix is claiming that the intensity and duration of the fragrance may vary depending on user usage and environmental factors.
The phone comes with a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED screen with a 2,436 x 1,080 resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, a 1,300 nits peak brightness, and 2,304Hz PWM dimming. It is Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the screen is the In-display fingerprint scanner.
Inside is the 4nm 2.5GHz MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate octa-core processor, Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, 8GB LPDDR5X RAM, 128GB/256GB, and a 5,500mAh battery with 45W USB-C fast charging.
At the back of the 64MP main camera with Sony IMX682 sensor and a 2MP secondary camera with an LED flash. While in front is the 13MP f/2.2 selfie camera.
Other features include an IR sensor, JBL tuned Stereo Speakers, DTS audio, dual microphones, IP54 dust and splash resistance, MIL-STD 810H certified, 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, GLONASS, and Beidou.
It is running on Android 15-based XOS 15 with Floating Window, Dynamic Bar, Game Mode, Kids Mode, Peek Proof, Folax Smart assistant and more.
Infinix promises 2 years of OS updates and 3 years of security updates.
