PLDT Home introduced a new prepaid fiber internet service, providing Filipinos with a budget-friendly alternative to traditional postpaid plans.
Prepaid Fiber made affordable
The offering is designed to meet the growing demand for reliable connectivity for work, education, business, and entertainment, all while maintaining affordability and reliability for the masses.
Previously available only through postpaid subscriptions, PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid now allows users to enjoy unlimited high-speed internet without long-term contracts or monthly bills.
Filipinos have a sharp eye for opportunity—embracing online gigs, remote work, and multiple income streams to uplift their families and chase their dreams. PLDT Home Fiber Prepaid supports this everyday hustle with fast, reliable internet that keeps up with their pace—no monthly bills, no lock-ins, just full control and flexibility, said John Y. Palanca, Senior Vice President and Head of Home Consumer Business, and Sales and Development at PLDT.
The prepaid fiber service delivers speeds of up to 50Mbps with unlimited data, starting at PHP 23.30 per day (based on the PHP 699 plan for 30 days). This ensures smooth HD streaming, seamless video calls, lag-free online gaming, and efficient multitasking for households with multiple users.
Customers can choose from flexible load options:
- PHP 50 for 1 day
- PHP 199 for 7 days
- PHP 399 for 15 days
- PHP 699 for 30 days
Each package provides unlimited internet access at speeds of up to 50Mbps.
A one-time installation fee of PHP 999 applies, which includes seven days of free unlimited fiber internet. The service leverages PLDT’s fiber-optic infrastructure, ensuring stable and high-performance connectivity.
With this new prepaid option, PLDT Home aims to make fiber internet more accessible to Filipino families while giving them greater control over their spending.
