In the Philippines, LG, in collaboration with Will.i.am, introduced the latest members of its popular XBOOM line of Bluetooth speakers and true wireless earphones.

LG XBOOM Buds by Will.i.am

First of the new XBOOM audio devices is the XBOOM Buds by Will.i.am. It features Graphene Dynamic Drivers with graphene-coated diaphragms. Its Active Noise Cancellation can cancel sounds of up to 35dB. It connects via Bluetooth 5.4 and is compatible with Auracast, Google Fast Pair service, and Microsoft Swift Pair. Each bud is rated for 10 hours of ANC off playback and is raised to 30 hours when used with the charging case. The charging case takes 2.5 hours to fully charge, while the buds take an hour. The buds are IPX4 rated. This means that it has limited protection from sweat and moisture.

Next is the LG XBOOM Grab by Will.i.am portable Bluetooth Speaker with 20W Woofer, 10W Dome Tweeters, and 20-hour battery life. LG is boasting that it is built to last with its IP67 water and dust resistance rating and its MIL-STD-810 standard certification. It measures 211 x 71.6 x 70mm and weighs 1.1kg. True to its name, it features an easy-to-grab tube-shaped body. It connects via Bluetooth 5.3 and Auracast.

The third device is the new LG XBOOM Bounce by Will.i.am. Its main selling points are the two upward dome tweeters, carry strap, IP67, and its MIL-STD-810H rating. It connects via Bluetooth 5.3 and Auracast. Its battery is rated for 30 hours of playtime. It does take 3 hours to fully charge the battery, though. It measures 272 x 103 x 88mm and weighs 1.42kg.

And the last device is the LG XBOOM Stage 301 by Will.i.am. It is a 120W Bluetooth speaker with a 6.5-inch Woofer and two 2.5-inch mid-range units by Peerless. It features a Wedge design that measures 312 x 311 x 282 mm and weighs 6.5kg. It connects via Bluetooth 5.3 and Auracast. The internal battery is rated for 12 hours of play time and 3 hours of charging time.

 

All of the devices connect via the App that supports both Android and iOS and all feature several new AI features from LG.
