realme P4 announced: Dimensity 7400 Ultra, 7,000mAh battery, and 50MP camera

A new P-series announced

The phone's design is available in the color options of Steel Grey, Engine Blue, and Forge Red, featuring a Metal Heart design with exposed screws. 

Additionally, the phone measures 163.34 x 75.88 x 7.58mm and weighs 185g. realme also added IP65 and IP66 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Its display is a 6.77-inch HyperGlow AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, and 3840Hz PWM dimming with hardware-level blue light reduction.

The features

For performance, the handset is powered by the 2.6GHz MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G processor with Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. Additionally, it also has a Pixelworks visual chip for enhanced graphics. 

Furthermore, a 7000mm² AirFlow VC Cooling System is included for thermal management.

It is also equipped with up to 12GB of RAM, which is expandable to 14GB via virtual RAM, and utilizes UFS 3.1 storage.

The device is powered by a 7,000mAh Titan Battery that supports 80W USB-C fast charging, which is stated to achieve a 50 percent charge in 25 minutes. 

The charging system also supports AI Smart Charging, Bypass Charging for gaming, and reverse charging.

For cameras, it has a 50MP OV50D40 primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture. 

The front-facing shooter uses a 16MP Sony IMX480 sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. Both front and rear setups support video recording up to 4K at 30fps and include AI features such as AI Landscape.

Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, an infrared sensor, stereo speakers, USB Type-C audio support, and an IP65 + IP66 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Connectivity options are WiFi 6, 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, and dual SIM.

The phone runs on Android 15 with realme UI 6.0 and is slated to receive three Android OS updates and four years of security patches.

It is currently available in India. Unfortunately, P-series arent sold in PH.
