HONOR MagicPad 3 Pro launched: SD 8 Elite Gen 5, 13.3-inch LCD, and 12,450mAh battery

After the teaser, HONOR MagicPad 3 Pro goes official today as the brand's flagship tablet for this year.

The fastest tablet in the world

HONOR has announced the MagicPad 3 Pro tablet in China, positioning it as a high-performance device. The tablet will be available in Floating Gold, Moon Shadow White, and Starry Sky Gray color options.

The device features a 13.3-inch LCD display with a 3.2K resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, 270Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10, IMAX Enhanced, 1,100 nits peak brightness, and AI-driven eye protection.

The display

The tablet is equipped with the 4.6GHz 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5  SoC paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. A stainless steel vapor chamber cooling system with a total dissipation area of 65,485mm² is designed to manage thermals.

A 12,450mAh battery powers the device, supporting 80W wired fast charging, though a 66W adapter is included in the box. It also features 23W reverse wired charging.

For photography, the rear camera system consists of a 13MP and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, a 9-megapixel camera is housed for video calls and selfies.

Additional features include an eight-speaker setup with 3D spatial audio, three microphones, and the YOYO AI assistant.

For connectivity, the tablet supports WiFi 7, Bluetooth 6, and a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 port. The device runs on MagicOS 6, which is based on Android 16.

The tablet is now available for pre-order in China, with the first sales beginning on October 23, 2025. A smart touch keyboard and stylus are available as accessories.
