According to HONOR, the Robot Phone will be revealed at MWC 2026 in Barcelona, Spain, in March next year.

The highlight of the device is that it has a flipping "gimbal camera" that resembles the popular Disney Pixar's WALL-E.

HONOR said that it is a "revolutionary" AI device that "fuses multi-modal intelligence, advanced robotics, and next-generation imaging." It is a part of the company's ambitious ALPHA PLAN to become a global AI device ecosystem leader.

When the arm is hidden, the device will look like a regular phone with a big rectangular camera hump with rounded corners. It also features the "alpha logo", but note that this is different from the Sony camera branding.

Details remain scarce, but the Robot Phone is shaping up to be one of the most intriguing AI-hardware crossovers in recent memory.
