HUAWEI has announced the upcoming availability of its MatePad 11.5 S 2026 model in the Philippine market. 

The company, which reports holding the leading position in the local tablet market, describes the device as a productivity-focused big-screen device.

HUAWEI says it comes in a 4-in-1 package, typically including the tablet itself, a Smart Magnetic Keyboard, the HUAWEI M-Pencil (3rd Gen), and a Wireless Mouse. It is aimed at users such as professionals, students, and creatives.

For now, the brand has kept silent about its full details but left major features to be expected.

Among those is the Ultra Clear PaperMatte Display. The company says the tablet features an anti-glare screen that uses nano-etching technology, reducing glare by 50 percent to minimize reflections and provide a paper-like texture when using the stylus.

The device also comes with HUAWEI Notes, which includes AI features for handwriting enhancement and equation recognition. It also supports a PC-level version of WPS Office 3.0, allowing for a desktop-style interface for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Ultra-slim form factor

Furthermore, the MatePad 11.5 S 2026 is built with a 6.1mm metal body, weighing 515 grams, and houses an 8,800 mAh battery with 40W fast charging. It supports WiFi 6 connectivity and will be available in Green and Gray.

4-in-1 Productivity Tools: The setup is designed to support various tasks from work and learning to creative projects. The keyboard offers a 1.5mm key travel, the M-Pencil features pressure sensitivity, and the accessories connect via NearLink technology.

Early bird promo and availability

The official launch date in the Philippines is to be announced. HUAWEI has indicated an early bird promotion from February 9 to 18, 2026.

During this period, a PHP 100 deposit on the HUAWEI Online Store will secure a PHP 2,000 discount, with the balance payable from February 19 to March 9, 2026. 

A separate PHP 500 off voucher will be offered for purchases on HUAWEI’s official Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores.
