The brand boasts its new video features designed for professional content creation. The device includes multi-focal recording capabilities, cinematic color grading tools, and enhanced audio functions.
vivo says the X300 Ultra supports 4K 120fps video recording across all rear cameras in both 10-bit Log and Dolby Vision formats. The company said the device's stabilization system includes full-range optical image stabilization, with particular emphasis on performance at the 85mm focal length.
Building on vivo's profound heritage in still photography, we are strategically expanding into the dynamic world of video,” said Yu Meng, Vice President of Imaging at vivo.
The video upgrades in the X300 Ultra represent a leap from ‘individual imaging capabilities’ to ‘cinematic video creation capabilities,’ making film-level video production more intuitive, fluid, and accessible than ever before.
The device incorporates multi-focal 4K Master Color Video, combining high-resolution capture with the company’s color processing technology. A Video Color Palette function allows users to adjust tone, saturation, and contrast during both capture and post-production.

Log recording is available on all rear cameras at 4K 120fps 10-bit quality across multiple focal lengths. The updated Pro Video Mode provides manual control interfaces similar to cinema cameras, and users can apply custom 3D LUTs for real-time monitoring while recording in Log. According to vivo, the Log format is compatible with the Academy Color Encoding System (ACES) workflow, allowing footage to be integrated with material from cinema cameras.
Audio capture is managed through a quad-microphone system with six preset recording modes designed to prioritize specific sound sources while reducing background noise.
The X300 Ultra is compatible with a series of modular accessories, including a grip, cage, cooling fan, and external lens mount. These components are intended to support extended production use.
Additional specifications and availability details for the X300 Ultra are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
