vivo X300 E now official: ZEISS triple cam, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, 7,200mAh battery

The new vivo X300 E is now official in China, a sub-flagship smartphone packed with ZEISS lenses.

New camera powerhouse for less?

Powering its imaging prowess, the handset is packed with a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor paired with an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 3x periscope telephoto zoom camera. The selfie camera is also no joke, with a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor with AF.

Of course, these cameras have ZEISS lenses, branding, and tuning.

The rest of the highlights

For extra durability, vivo equipped this with IP69 dust and water resistance. Colors available are Midnight Black, Moonlight White, and Sunlight Orange. The phone is 7.99mm slim and 203 grams light.

In front, it has a 6.59-inch OLED screen with up to a 144Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, 5,000 nits peak brightness, and an In-Display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.

Inside, the phone is powered by the 3nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, Adreno GPU, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, 256GB/512GB UFS 4.1 storage, and a 7,200mAh large battery with USB-C 90W wired fast charging.

Other features of the device include a stereo speaker setup, IR Blaster remote control, WiFi 7, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and dual SIM slots.

Out of the box, the phone runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
